One of four pizzas I grilled today. I used ground basil on all of the crust while grilling the crust before adding the toppings. On my last pizza, I added sausage, ham, onion, peppers, avocado with worcestershire for a BBQ taste.
Even better I soaked Hickory wood and had it in my infrared pan below all of the pizzas so they got the smokey flavor. Grilling season at my house has probably started for me, so I'll start grilling a lot again.
