Well warhammer is centered around PvP, I dont know what you tested Imperial but it possibly was back a while ago when the game had like 2 features. I has come a long way, they just started making the player keep system, similar to Daoc. Where you guild controls the keep if you claim it. The whole point of the game it to battle between the keeps, and continuesly catpure keeps. The only feature like wow is the RvR scenarios, and let me say they are 100 times better then any of the wow scenarios. The nice thing about warhammer is it actually has a storyline that has been around for many years now. With wow, they wrote a storyline for it a year before the game was released. Warhammer has rich lore behind it. People have been playing the board game for like 20 years. I really really like the game right now, and I would post stuff on here if no one goes and posts it anywhere else. I played all the MMOs and this Tops all of them. Age of Conan will suck compared to this. What I really like about this game is that its thought out around group vers group combat. WoW was made as a raiding game obviously. Raiding is crappy and makes for some pretty gay drama.
