Oops!  I have my doubts for the Saints.  My guess is it will be close but Manning will pull it out.  I'd rather see the Saints win, but I don't think they'll pull it off.

I think the colts will win by atleast 14 in this game. Joseph Addai will have a big game. You heard it here first.

It's gone now.  So who wants to bet the saints win (even though I don't want them to)

How was it fixed?  Only one thing I saw was one play where pass interference could have been called against the Saints.  Pretty decent game otherwise.  Went how I hoped it would, not how I thought it would.

They are saying its fixed because of the ESPN web page that was put up a day before the superbowl saying that Drew Breeze just won his first ring.

I just look back and see the potential for fixing in like every super bowl game since Niel O'donnell threw two obvious picks in XXX.  Ever since there has been maybe less obvious things.  Think of the Pats losing to the giants, how likely was that?  or the Pats beating the panthers?  A kickoff out of bounds??  by John Kasay?  Riiiight.

Puh-lease, that game was a lock from the beginning. Delhomme is the third worst quarterback to play in a superbowl in the past 10 years (Dilfer & Grossman).

That's why he was going toss for toss with Brady.  Does he suck?  yeah.  Did he suck that game?  If you want to say your golden child sucked too then sure.  Delhomme had arguably a better staline than brady:

                     C/ATT*   Yds   TD  INT
Jake Delhomme 16/33      323   3     0

               C/ATT*  Yds  TD  INT
Tom Brady 32/48     354  3    1

Stuff that down your pipe and smoke it.

People fuck up, just like the San Diego kicker.  None of them are perfect.  And besides, most of them are rich enough that it would be damn near impossible to bribe them anyhow.  I mean, how much would you have to bribe Manning with to throw that interception?  I can't believe I'm even arguing this it is that ludicrous.

My theory is that anything is possible.  Can anybody provide PROOF that it isn't fixed?  Sure I can't prove it is, but who can prove its not?

a) obviously it's possible it is fixed, but unlikely
b) That statline is NOT arguably better, unless the 1 INT was a pick-six. Despite Delhomme's yardage/completion being twice as high, his completion percentage was considerably lower, which doesn't play well for time of possession and sustained drives. Also, Delhomme lost.
c) I was referring to career body of work, not that season/game.

Kicking out of bounds? Let me put it in terms that you can understand. It would be like you going in to one of your "construction" places or whatever you call them now and picking up some big muscle dude that you've been staring at for 6 months. Then you take him back to your place and he has a big vaj, but you don't know and you just hit him doggy-style, while still thinking that vaj is a starfish.

I'd so those are similar in chances.

the most obvious fix was the raiders vs tampa bay.  John grudens old team vs his current one.  I barely watched it I already knew who would win.
